I could write an essay about the benefits of Green tea but I’ll spare you the time and the scientific jargon.

What you’d like to know is that green tea is very high in antioxidants that protect from cancer. It also improves brain function and boosts your metabolic rate. On top of that, green tea has neuroprotective compounds that reduce the risk of both Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s.

Then we have ginger.

Ginger is often my go to natural remedy for an upset stomach, nausea and gas. Works like a charm.

Ginger has anti-inflammatory properties that help reduce joint pain and stomach cramps. Also, ginger helps get rid of throat and sinus congestion. In conclusion, feeling under the weather? Have some ginger tea or just chew on it fresh.

Finally we have the magic food: banana.

Bananas are underrated but really are a superfood being a good source of vitamins, minerals and fiber.

One surprising benefit you might not know about is that bananas have high levels of tryptophan, which is converted into serotonin — the happy-mood brain neurotransmitter.

And it is common knowledge that bananas are the best post-workout snack giving an energy punch and sustaining your blood sugar.
