Sweet Food Around The World

mercadojamaicamexico5

I have the biggest sweet tooth. I am a sucker for desserts and I can admit to being a chocoholic. Naturally, I don’t stop myself from trying new sweet treats when I travel, and sometimes even photograph them. But I don’t stop at sweet; savory food takes a place in my heart as well.

Below you will find a photo series of sweet, fruity and decadent foods from across my travels, enjoy!:

In [Weird] Portland, OR, you can get delicious chocolate chip cookies and dark chocolate infused with wood, at the coffee shop. Yes, you read that right.

  1. OMG! I also have a sweet tooth, and this post just made crave for some now!!
Lava cake is always awesome, this one looks amazing! And… chocolate infused with wood? That’s new for me 😀 how cool!! I wonder how it tastes like!

  2. I love so many things on your list, but have to say that salted caramel ice cream is to die for! I still dream about one I had in Paris at Amorino. I think may have to go back one day, just to eat it again. 😀

  3. Anything dark chocolate would be my first pick, but not sure about the wood-infused flavor though! As for the second, third and fourth pick, I would be happy to sample any of them.
