Quick and Easy Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Fudge (Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free)

If you love peanut butter and simple recipes, you will love this one. It’s also great for the summer if you are craving something cold yet decadent. This fudge is also dairy, soy, and gluten free!

I can’t get over how quick and easy this is. All you need is peanut butter, coconut oil, maple syrup or honey, salt, and chocolate chips!

Just mix all the ingredients together except the chocolate, pour over a glass pan lined with plastic, then top with the chocolate and freeze!
